cuteguy14911: Instead of being ashamed that Lagos state is WORSE for tap water coverage today than in 1999, the stupid (dis)honourable is using sachets of pure water to campaign for Ambode. Why are we so daft Even Rwanda that suffered genocide and war in 1994 i.e. five years before 1999 and has less population than Lagos state improved on its potable water availability in the past 24 years.
