A school with international standards (Crèche, Nursery and Primary) located in a secreted conducive learning environment as part of its growth and developmental strategy, requires a resourceful, experience and innovative educationist for the position.
(i). DEPUTY OF HEAD TEACHER
(ii). PRE-SCHOOL (NURSERY) TEACHER FEMALE PREFERABLY (Montessori Experience, Jolly
Phonics Trained is an added advantage)
(iv). CLASS TEACHER FOR YEAR 1-3 (Solution Platform LTD)
(v). CLASS TEACHER FOR YEAR 4 (PRIMARY 4)

DEPUTY OF HEAD TEACHER

The Role Requires:
• Vast and robust knowledge of British and Nigerian curriculum blend (early year foundation).
• Excellent leadership and Managerial Skills.
• Impeccable communication skills.
• Computer literate with abilities to use modern teaching hints.
• Ability to foster team spirit.
• Innate love for working with children.
• Prioritization, Planning and Organization skills.
• Goal oriented.

EXCERPTS OF JOB PROFILE:
Quality Assurance Academic Supervision:
• Develop, monitor and evaluate the curriculum for both quality and content.
• Properly reviews and validates the scheme of work and lesson note before deployment termly.
• Weekly reviews of class work and lesson taught in line with planned lesson and scheme.
• Visit the class rooms and observe teaching methods.

Reporting and Communication:
• Write weekly reports to the CEO on major and relevant events and activities within the school.
• Ability to design and propose academic calendar and timetable for approval in line with international school best practices.
• Ability to motivate teachers and pupils to excel.
Innovation and Technology:
• Be innovative in teaching practice to new technologies and developments in education industry.
• Promoting the acceptance and growth of the school through development of SMART strategies.


Educational Qualifications:
• Minimum of second class upper division in related course (B.S.C - Ed B.A –Ed) from a reputable local or foreign university.
• Master degree is an added advantage
• Must demonstrate and highlight concrete career achievements.
• Possession of Teachers Registration Council (TRC) Certificate is an added advantage.
