.I need an urgent help on how I can recharge the star times decoder. I have been trying to reach their customer care line but the calls have not gone through. I'm trying to recharge via first bank mobile app but I'm a little bit confused. The app is asking me to enter reference number which I don't know what that means. Is it smart card number? Or the number under the decoder. This is my first time of recharging a star times decoder. Thanks a lot
