It comes with pop ceiling and wall screeding.
floors would have tiles.
then exterior finishing is as shown in the 3D .

Aww.....finally I have seen a sincere post on building on nairaland.

I was in a thread were I was almost maligned for arguing that one could build a 4bedroom duplex with 15m,.

Do u have something with this design but with 10-15 rooms for a hotel on 100/100ft. What will it cost.

U started very well by adding cost to ur design but u later stopped.....why
