In the 2nd of the 3rd match-day for Nigeria in Group D of the on-going FIFA world cup tournament, Ahmed Musa scored a brace in the 49th and 75th minute of play in the match against Iceland at the Volgograd Arena.

Nigeria exploded to life in the 2nd half of their game to put their hopes of qualification to the last 16 in their own hands. The 2 goals from Ahmed Musa appeared enough to do the trick against a subdued Iceland side. 4 minutes into the 2nd half of play, Ahmed Musa took and controlled a long ball from the back without breaking stride and galloped towards goal, beating Kari Arnason in the process. Having drawn Halldorsson from his goal and seen the Icelandic keeper commit himself, he shimmied a couple of steps....
