Omega-3 fatty acid from fatty fish is top on the list of nutrient needed by the brain especially when you have a duty of raising children.

Apart from food supplements that may supply this, salmon, trout and sardines are all rich sources of omega-3.

Omega-3 fatty acids can also be found in these foods; walnut, roasted soybeans, flax seed etc.
