I have been ignoring their sms invitations to be part of their agents last year and 60% of my gadgets are bought from Jumia including my 40''Samsung Led Tv i bought recently. I would have earned some commission on those purchases right? And how is their commission like?
Indeed you would have earned some commission ordering your own items. Also, sales Agents get discounts on shipping fee and other allowances. As for the nature of the commission, truth is that it is not as huge as one might expect, but one can get as much as 10% commission of the total cost of the item(s) ordered. There is a grid that gives one an idea of how much to expect when you order a said item.In all, one can get enough commission to subscribe & recharge your phone,or as much as the minimum wage of a worker. It All Depends On You.

ONE COULD STILL BE PART OF JUMIA BY BECOMING A JUMIA SALES AGENT AND WORK FROM HOME.

Mhenn! You really lost out. You would have gotten commission on your orders plus discount in shipping. The commission is not that much but better than nothing. Commissions vary and depend on your delivered orders. I wasn't very serious but I was earning about 12-15k per month as a gold agent. People that take it very seriously make much more.
