Ok then, you can use google to search for a tutorial on using it. If its what you've made up your mind on. Personal opinion: learn php

Have used PHPMAKER, its a bit okay if u just need to handle sumtin like form submissions, validation, retrieving frm db and the like (ie. the normal select, insert, bla bla bla), but it [size=20pt]CANNOT[/size] substitute the need to learn the language. I support DC 100%, go and learn the language.

Aside: Programming is not easy, and its not for go-go guys

A developer can't get lost in a RAD tool. That's the reason for the suggestion I have given.
