How IGTV App Works
IGTV will allow any user to or a creator to upload vertical videos through Instagram’s app. All users will be able to upload 1hour videos immediately except smaller and new accounts but as time goes on new users will enjoy the IGTV app as well.

IGTVapp starts playing as soon as the app is open. it doesn't require you to search before you can start watching content from people you already follow on Instagram or other people's videos you might like based on your interests.  All you need to do is to swipe up to discover more — switch between “For You,” “Following,” “Popular” and “Continue Watching.” You can also like, comment and send videos to friends in Direct.
