there is a short circuit on the motherboard ,it’s not a big deal for an engineer who knows about it.

From Apple:
• The serial number is on the underside of the lid.
• If your AirPods are connected to your iOS device, you can also go to Settings > General > About > AirPods for the serial number.
• If you don't have your charging case, but you have the original packaging, you can find the serial number next to the barcode.

Do all of them match?

Sell off like that. Motherboard can be as high as 70-80k, now that iPhones are quite expensive.

if the screen that cracked is original(follow come) it is better to replace the glass i did one last week and it is perfect.but if it is not follow come,you have to buy a new screen so it’s your choice then to choose between buying follow come screen or normal market screen because of the cost.
Normal market screen is 7k and follow come can cost as much as 15k
If your cracked screen is original,the glass replacement is 5k
