I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it. It started days ago.. it’s only the WhatsApp .. sometimes if I click on someone’s status or try to forward message , it will just hang without moving . I’ll have to rerun it again .. what’s the possible cause ?

Reboot your phone, it should solve it. Depending on iPhone’s model, you could check Google to know how it's been rebooted.

My iphone 7plus fell to the ground and i picked it up. when i touched the home button to unlock the screen, it asked for my passcode. i observed my passcode which comprises of the numbers 2 & 3 with other digits was not responsive. in other words, the numbers 1,2 & 3 are not responsive while numbers 4,5,6,7,8,9,0 are responsive.

I have done hard reset several times still the same issue.

when i try to turn it off via the power button, the slide button to turn it off is not responsive.

Can anyone assist with this please?

Most likely a board issue due to the shock effects. But meanwhile, perform dfu restore, if it's not working then your board is out.

if you are the rightful owner of that phone it's very easy. But if it's a stolen iphone. Just forget it as it will never work. It's now a papper weight.
