 [quote]Zimbabwean president, Emmerson Mnangagwa, survived an assassination attempt on his life today June 23rdAccording to Zimbabwean media, 75-year-old President Mnangagwa who took over office from Robert Mugabe, had gone to the White City stadium for a political rally. After his speech, he was making his way down the podium when a bomb went off.The Zimbabwean presidency however says he escaped unhurt. Sadly, two of his aides died as a result of the incident. Watch a clip that captured the bomb explosion below President of Zimbabwe, Emmerson Mnangagwa, survived an assassination attempt this afternoon. A bomb went off as he was stepping down from the podium at a campign rally. Mnangagwa took over from Robert Mugabe.
