Yoghourt (also spelt as yoghurt or yoghurt) is a diary product, which is made by blending fermented milk with various ingredients that provide flavor and colour. Yoghurt is a kind of healthy diary product, which has become a popular drink in our daily life. Yoghurt has many health benefits. LET US CONSIDER THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF YOGHURT DRINK 1. Yoghurt is an excellent source of calcium and can assist in bone growth and the prevention of osteoporosis. 2. Yoghurt is a good source of complete protein 3. Yoghurt is rich in B vitamins, Potassium and manesium. 4. Yoghurt is more nutritious than milk 5. Yoghurt is easier to digest and absorb, which increases the availability of its nutrients.
