Hello knowledgeable NLders, I was wondering if all parties in Nigeria go the same way of conducting their party primaries by delegate systems OR is there any that does a general election involving all party members? 2. What are the advantages and disadvantages of both systems. I'll really like to know. Especially question 1. Thanks |
