The important thing now is when will the resumption/ induction date be?

when is FIRS resumption date for those that have completed their documentation?

Nigerian government can be so unserious!!! Can you imagine that they actually sent a text saying that the induction has been suspended indefinitely and no one should call to inquire until the 13th of this month.

I actually know 2 people who quit their jobs after receiving appointment letters believing they would soon start

What of those that have documentation but have not received any message as regards the postponement?

What of those that have done their documentation but did not receive any text?

I believe the text applies to all who have done their documentation whether or not you received the said text. It is unfortunate that FIRS seems to be dragging their feet on a process which has now gone beyond a year (application till now).

I feel for those who have tendered their resignation and having to wait, but it also excruciating for those who have been banking on this job for a while. Rather than get agitated about the delay, keep your heads up, dont forget that the recruitment is on a country wide basis and we know that there is alot of bureaucracy and inefficiency within the system.

Heard that the induction is on monday the 23rd of August and text messages to that effect will start moving out on wednesday.

This was from the phone number contained in the text message that informed people of the postponement,
