The plot for duplexes goes for N3.5M while the plot for penthouse goes for N2.5M. You can pay installment for a tenure of 24months. However you can move to the site after payment 50% of the total cost. The land is in Grandeur Gardens, an upcoming modern estate. We have limited plots for sell. Let me know if your interested for site inspection. |

Still available. The size of the plot for N3.5M is 550sm while that of N2.5M is 450sm. For outright payment you are entitled to a cash discount. Connoting that the net cost are N3M and N2M respectively when paying outrightly. |
