Dr. Bukola Saraki on Thursday, 3rd June 2010 declared open a flyover bridge constructed at the Post Office axis of the Ilorin metropolis. The flyover, the first of its kind in the region was constructed to ease traffic congestion. The construction of the flyover has led to a renewal and sanitization of one of the busiest areas in the Ilorin metropolis. Work is scheduled to commence on other roads, within the Ilorin metropolis as the administration of Dr. Bukola Saraki continues its urban renewal drive.
