Masturbation is not the problem but the producer of lust in you called the "Old Man" If the old man dies then masturbation would be buried forever.

The old man is the husband while your mind is the wife and your body is the servant. The instruction the old man gives your mind that's what your body will perform. That's why your body is helpless when the urge comes.

The masturbation is not in your vagina or penis but your mind. Who is the old man? The old man is the sinful nature you learnt through culture, promiscuous boyfriends and girlfriends, pornography, sex scandal, gossip, sexual molestation by brothers and uncles. Only the "new man" can evacuate the "old man"

The disturbance you always have after masturbation is the conflict between the old man and new man. The new man is your regenerated spirit which is after doing the will of God. Once the new man over power and defeat the old man then masturbation dies.

To truly overcome masturbstion your warfare is not against your vagina, penis, pornography, sex partners, phone or internet but the old man. The old man who always want to feed on lustful and immoral contents. Remember once the new man get fed and become strong the old man would die.

New man is already in you but it takes Holy Spirit for the new man to grow. Holy Spirit uses the Word, communion and speaking in tongues to strengthen the new man. The Word that's digested through focused, quality and consistent meditation that will feed the new man. Speaking in tongues will disarm the spirit behind the lust while communion is exposing yourself to the atmosphere of Heaven in the secret place.

Mediation on the Word will cripple the old man forever. Speaking in tongues will frustrate the old man and consistent communion. Please note that it may take time to overcome the old man but be sure the old man can die. When the old man dies your appetite would change from iniquity to righteousness, your routine would change and imagination would be transformed.

Marriage can't stop masturbation only the evacuation of the old man. Get books on the finished works of Christ and mediate on Epistles. I tell you the secret!
