British singer Ed Sheeran is facing a $100 million lawsuit for allegedly copying the late Marvin Gaye. The allegation is that the singer-songwriter copied Marvin Gaye’s 1973 hit “Let’s Get It On” on his 2014 song “Thinking Out Loud.” TMZ reports that the suit has been filed against Ed Sheeran by ‘Structured Asset Sales’ – a company that owns one-third of the copyright to “Let’s Get It On.” Continue reading here http://www.trends44.com/ed-sheeran-faces-100-million-lawsuit/
