Please the portal keep saying reference number unknown after I had paid. And I noticed that on the payment slip they sent to my mail it was students fee. Please does anybody know how I can go about this issue and if the payment slip is supposed to be student fee. Thanks

Then it will take you to 'application form' link where it will take you back to 'start application' link. Fill in your name, phone number & email address. Once done, it will generate another payment voucher page, navigate to where you will see 'for technical assistance click here'. It will take to you to the page where you will upload your passport photo and other credentials.

The deadline for submission has been extended by about 4 weeks. So get your degree certificate quickly
