CLEANING SCHEDULE
DAILY:

(MONDAY – FRIDAY excluding public holidays)
The tasks will be performed as many times per day as dictated by weather usage and volume of traffic.
a. Sweep and scrub (where necessary) all hard floor surfaces including the stairways
all toilets and all marbles, granite and ceramic floors as applicable.
b. Vacuum all carpeted floors where provided
c. Clean the entrance and reception area
d. Maintain continuous surveillance of entrance and reception to ensure a clean state
at all time.
e. Empty and wipe clean of ashtrays and waste-paper bins
f. Dust and clean all furniture and fittings including electrical switches, open shelve,
tables and desk tops, counter skirting board, window blinds and ledge, fire
equipment, banisters, doors and all surfaces and objects that can be reached by
hand while standing on the floor.
g. Clean and dust all windows, glass works and partition.
h. Wash, clean and sanitize all toilets including W.Cs, wash-hand basins, urinal and
showers
i. Deodourise and freshen environment
j. Dust and clean all balustrades and handrails
k. Sweep compound, car parks, walkways, pavement, other external path.

l. Perform other cleaning jobs that may be necessary.
WEEKLY:
a. Scrub and polish hard floors and walls as necessary including skirting boards
b. Clean all wooden and metal furniture and all plastic or leather covered furniture
c. Clean ceiling and A/C vents
d. Sterilize all telephone handsets
e. Remove all cobwebs
f. Clean entire window frames and internal surface of the glass
g. Perform other cleaning jobs that may be relevant

MONTHLY:
a. Dust or damp-wipe light fittings in site
b. Dust or damp-wipe window sills as necessary
c. Damp-wipe baseboards
d. Perform other cleaning jobs that may be relevant

QUARTERLY
a. Dust and clean light, air conditioning grillers and all surface and object that can
only be reached by a ladder.
b. Shampoo carpets as necessary.
c. Polish all wooden surfaces.
d. Perform other cleaning jobs that may be necessary.

WORK DESCRIPTION

HARD FLOORS:-
All hard floors will be swept daily using dust control mop sweeper. Non polishable hard floors will be dry or wet mopped daily while polishable head floors will be scrubbed and polished as necessary

CARPETED FLOORS:-
These will be vacuumed as necessary with special attention paid to the traffic lanes. They will be shampooed annually or as necessary applying one of our carpet-care methods including crystallization, soil absorptions and soil extraction using our professional systems.

ENTRANCES AND RECEPTION AREA:-
These will be given special attention and monitored continuously to ensure that it is free of duty and earth. The glass doors will be cleaned daily and also monitored continuously to remove fingerprints.
The floors will be cleaned and machine-buffed daily. Special attention will be paid to them during the wet season when soil and water are transferred unto floors from shoes.

OFFICE FURNITURE, EQUIPMENTS AND FITTINGS:-
All tables, desks and other office furniture including leather covered upholstered furniture, cabinets, shelves, bookcases, picture frames, typewriters etc. Will be cleaned daily and shone weekly. Waste paper bins and ashtrays will also be emptied regularly.

WINDOWS, DOORS AND OTHER WORKS:-
All glass doors will be cleaned daily while glass windows and partitions will be cleaned as necessary using appropriate cleaning solutions. Glass doors and fingerprints will be spot-cleaned daily to remove finger marks.

TOILETS AND CLOAKROOMS:-
All toilet floors and fitting including basins, urinal and bowls will be washed and sanitized daily using germicidal disinfectant and deodorizers. All toilets will visit and checked morning and evening to ensure that it is in a state of cleanliness. The floors will be swept and mopped as necessary during each visit. All mirrors will be fittings and accessories will also be washed and wiped clean and consumable items like toiler rolls and liquid soap replenished as necessary, (Staff also bearing in mind to flush toilet after use)

GRILLERS LIGHT FITTINGS AND AIR CONDITIONING:-
All light fittings will be dusted and clean daily. All moveable light fittings will be removed and washed quarterly or as the need arises
.
CEILING AND INTERIOR WALLS:-
The ceiling will be cleaned weekly. Cobwebs will be removed weekly using our highly effective cobwebs and dust collectors.

THE STAIRWAYS AND LANDINGS:-
The stairways and landing will be swept as often as necessary per day and balustrades and handrails dusted and polished. They will be (Machined) washed, polished and given anti-bacteria treatment.

PLANT ROOMS, GUTTERS AND THE GENERAL COMPOUND:-
These will be cleaned daily and given anti-bacterial treatment weekly. Litters, cans, etc will be removed promptly in between sweeping period and taken to an appointed place or refuse bin while plant rooms will be cleaned as necessary.

HEIGHT CLEANING:-
All surfaces above three meters or which cannot be reached while standing on the floor (e.g. high walls and …) shall be cleaned monthly using appropriate ladders.

EXTERNAL CLEANING:-
This shall be done on a regular basis as the need arises.

DRAINAGES:-
All drainages shall be washed and kept clean.

ROOF GUTTERS:-
These will be cleaned and rid of blockages to allow for easy flow of water

Garden Design - The Basic Stages:
To get the process started, we would start with a free consultation visit to your garden to discuss your ideas and requirements, and take basic measurements of the dimensions of your garden. FUMIGATION (PEST CONTROL) SERVICES

Fumigation is a method of pest control that completely fills an area with gaseous pesticides to suffocate or poison the pests within. It is utilized for control of pests in buildings (structural fumigation), soil, grain, and produce, and is also used during processing of goods to be imported or exported to prevent transfer of exotic organisms.
A pesticide is a substance or mixture of substances used to kill a pest. A pesticide may be a chemical substance, biological agent (such as a virus or bacteria), antimicrobial, disinfectant or device used against any pest. Pests include insects, plant pathogens, weeds, molluscs, birds, mammals, fish, nematodes (roundworms) and microbes that compete with humans for food, destroy property, spread or are a vector for disease or cause a nuisance. Although there are benefits to the use of pesticides, there are also drawbacks, such as potential toxicity to humans and other animals.
Types of pesticides:
There are multiple ways of classifying pesticides, some of which are -

Algicides or Algaecides for the control of algae
Avicides for the control of birds
Bactericides for the control of bacteria
Fungicides for the control of fungi and oomycetes
Herbicides for the control of weeds
Insecticides for the control of insects - these can be Ovicides (substances that kill eggs), Larvicides (substances that kill larvae) or Adulticides (substances that kill adult insects)
Miticides or Acaricides for the control of mites
Molluscicides for the control of slugs and snails
Nematicides for the control of nematodes
Rodenticides for the control of rodents
Virucides for the control of viruses (e.g. H5N1)
A systemic pesticide moves inside a plant following absorption by the plant. With insecticides and most fungicides, this movement is usually upward (through the xylem) and outward. Increased efficiency may be a result. Systemic insecticides which poison pollen and nectar in the flowers may kill needed pollinators such as bees.
Most pesticides work by poisoning pests.
Uses:
Pesticides are used to control organisms which are considered harmful. For example, they are used to kill mosquitoes that can transmit potentially deadly diseases like west nile virus, yellow fever, and malaria. They can also kill bees, wasps or ants that can cause allergic reactions. Insecticides can protect animals from illnesses that can be caused by parasites such as fleas. Pesticides can prevent sickness in humans that could be caused by mouldy food or diseased produce. Herbicides can be used to clear roadside weeds, trees and brush. They can also kill invasive weeds in parks and wilderness areas which may cause environmental damage. Herbicides are commonly applied in ponds and lakes to control algae and plants such as water grasses that can interfere with activities like swimming and fishing and cause the water to look or smell unpleasant.[5] Uncontrolled pests such as termites and mould can damage structures such as houses.[4] Pesticides are used in grocery stores and food storage facilities to manage rodents and insects that infest food such as grain. Each use of a pesticide carries some associated risk.

Process of Fumigation:
Fumigation usually involves the following phases.

First the area to be fumigated is usually covered to create a sealed environment;
next the fumigant is released into the space to be fumigated;
then, the space is held for a set period while the fumigant gas percolates through the space and acts on and kills any infestation in the product,
next the space is ventilated so that the poisonous gases are allowed to escape from the space, and render it safe for humans to enter.
The process and methods of fumigation depends on the fumigant used, which in turn depend on the severity of infestation and size of the building.

For Safety, Fumigation is a hazardous operation, and generally it is a legal requirement that the operator carrying out the fumigation operation is to certify to perform the fumigation.
We normally carry out correct and proper ventilation of the place / area because this is a critical safety aspect of fumigation. It is important to distinguish between the pack or source of the fumigant gas and the environment which has been fumigated. While the fumigant pack may be safe and spent, the space will still hold the fumigant gas until it has been properly ventilate
