Good observation, the Brazilian defence is very hard to crack, they have only conceded one goal so far in this tournament. I must say they have the best defence line currently, followed by Uruguay.... Overall, they have a balanced side and I see them going all the way.

For the match between France and Uruguay, I think Uruguay has an edge over France. They are more compact especially at the back and they have a lethal front two (cavani & suarez partnership). They can beat France if they play the way they did against Portugal.

That factor will definitely come into play and it's natural for Uruguay to have a little bit of fear and doubt within them and France can exploit that. But if Uruguay play without fear especially how they were resolute against Portugal, then France will be in serious trouble.

France don't have a good defence but their MF is compact. If they can silent suarez and cavani and probe their jam packed defence with the pace of mbappe, they will get results.
