Our Client, a leasing company located in Lekki Phase 1 is looking to fill the following role:

Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer is to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the Fleet Officer’s activities to ensure compliance in processes and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

· Daily collection of log sheets from drivers and recording of log sheet information
· Examining the day to day fueling activities of the Fleet Officer’s to ensure compliance with process and procedure.
· Computing weekly log sheet analysis and report on fueling/mileage gaps and variance observed
· Carry out Periodic physical verification of spares and vehicle accessories to safe guide company asset.
· Keeping adequate records on fuel consumption.
· Protect organization reputation by keeping information confidential.
· Prepare and submit findings and make recommendations to management.

The successful candidate must possess the following skills:

· Good analytical skills
· Must have excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
· Must be highly innovative and clear in planning and implementation
· Must be computer literate and be able to work with Ms Word, Ms Excel & Power point and ability to work with Fleet Management software such as syserve.
· Minimum of Bsc /HND in Transport Management or related courses.
· Must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Fleet Management
· Preferably between the ages of 25 – 30 years.
