Port Harcourt is probably one of the most beautiful cities in Nigeria, the state Government on assumption of Office in the year 2015 commissioned the Operation No Pothole, really that changed the face of Port Harcourt.

After that the state Government kept beautifying the state and once again indigenes could beat their chest and call Port Harcourt the Garden City.

Straight to the point, I was at the popular Mile One modern market today and it started raining, what I saw today was mouth dropping.

And they are still comfortable trading in it.

This is just the beginning. I'm sure the governor will soon come and release one useless speech instead of actually doing something. Mtcheew.

Now look at the location where traders are plying their trade, trust me they all dump their wastes into the gutters

This is normal occurrence during heavy rains but it usually eases off few hours afterwards. The bad ones are the stagnant ones.

Traders are the major cause of the problem.
