Nigerian artiste, Runtown also known as the sound god. The singer who left Eric Many record label early this year, was dragged to court by the label over breech of contract.



While the case has been ongoing, the court ordered the singer to hold off performing or recording songs until the case is sorted out but it appears Runtown didn't follow the instructions.

He recently released a new song thus leading to yet another lawsuit. According to a statement signed by the label's general manager, Johnson Adumike, "We are in Court with Runtown for his breach of our Recording Contract.
