Only state policing can bring about such.

Some states are more progressive than others. It will reflect in their police force.

i belive the only way and i repeat the only way this can happen is through state policing after items of the exclusive list in the legislature move to the concurrent list and state are allowed to generate the necessary income needed to fund all this.

My brother you have made your point, i acknowledge your research but there is a perfect platform for this kind of nice and resourceful research & information. please relay to NIGERIA POLICE WEBSITE. It will make much sense for them to see with there eyes the advance tech and know they lapses. Nigerian police are truly lacking behind.

OP great topic, but from my point of view as a security personel, this will only work or work effectively if we run state police. Considering the fact that our police are managed by the federal government, hence there are no stationed police but that doesn't mean it can't be achieved though, just that it will cost our government quite a huge sum of money which they might not be ready to spend..

The right way will not favor the corrupt minded. Go and check all the government parastatals. They frustrate everything that won't make them make money.

The modern gadgets are necessary for better policing. But their personnels are nothing to write home about.
My few experience with Nigerian police has made me to conclude that they are killers and nothing less.

Re: High Tech Gadgets Nigerian Police Should Adopt For Effective Functionality.(pic) by periphetes: 6:01pm On Jul 05, 2018
This are all well commendable only to a country that its authority are disciplined and have good maintenance culture.

Take a look at our Nigerian police force uniform, even it's mobile patrol vehicles . You can never be proud to snap pictures with them. (I.e if they don't slap you for getting too close or friendly grin).

We as Nigerians seriously need self discipline and reorientate our perspective of life. undecided
