Yes I agree that this is the general practice but the difference with the projects our lawmakers insert is that they never impact the constituents eventually. The quality of the projects says it all. Buying motorcycles and keke up and down,which will be distributed to a few people within their party circles and they make a show of it on TV then pocket the rest. In the US you actually see projects that add value to the individual communities where the lawmakers represent.
