That estate is a suspicious one.
They change security guards every month. Mobile police is changed quaterly.Some locked up duplex needs to be checked by EFCC. Some duplex are locked down with cars not used packed in it.
The problem now is tenants who are fed up and decided to pack out of the Atlantic view estate, were also stopped and asked to go and pay their outstanding levies dated back to the year they moved into the estate.
