The Position:

Human Resources / Industrial Relation Officer:

Requirements;

• A good university degree in related field
• 3 to 5 years experience as IR officer
• A strong character with experience negotiating with trade unions.
• Highly mobile personnel ready to relocate to Lagos.
• Preferably under 40 years of age.
• HND/B.Sc in Industrial Relations or its discipline (Professional Certificates shall constitute added advantage).
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) & Proficiency in ICT.
• Work experience with IOCs would be added advantage.
