What is egg yolk?
Based on research, egg yolks have a very bad reputation due to high level of cholesterol. Health authorities such as medical doctors, pharmacist and nurses caution individuals to reduce their daily intake of egg yolks. This caution is really beneficiary base on the  high cholesterol level, heart condition etc.being recorded due to much intake of egg yolks.

But other classified research indicates that the high level of cholesterol in the body, does not really come from the food cholesterol-contains such as egg yolks etc. High level of cholesterol in the body is due to certain individual factors such as gender and nutritional factors.
So in this tutorial, I will be discussing the nutritional benefits of egg yolks which I tagged 11 amazing reasons why should take egg yolks.

The first reasons you should take egg yolks is because is good source of vital nutrients. Egg white contains just protein but egg yolks contain all essential minerals and other micro nutrients. Egg yolks have cholesterol but good cholesterol, not too high but normal. Human body need good cholesterol and good fat which can be found in egg yolks.

2. Contain vitamin B12
Another important reasons you should take egg yolks is that egg yolks contain more beneficial folate and vitamin B12. The yolks contain more choline nutrient than write eggs.

Egg yolks are  good source of protein, saturated fats, cholesterol, as well as vital vitamins and minerals. Egg yolks are more beneficiary when taken is small quantity.

4.Source of omega-3 fatty acids


Omega-3 fatty acids is beneficial for body balance plus it contain solid concentration of essential nutrients your body need. But it contain high cholesterol levels so it will be advisable to take in minimum quantity.
