I really cant figure out what UBA are trying to tell me here.

I received this message about 3 hours ago and as if that was not enough, a friend called to ask me the meaning of the same message UBA forwarded to me.

This means am not the only one with this kind of message.

I have tried messaging them via social media platforms, but no reply.

Please NL any idea what this means?

I also got the same message... It means some of ur cards probably missing ones are yet to b deactivated, although not exactly in use or cud b by u, either ways, ur acc shud have just one card tied to it.... Approach them to deactivate any card u aren't using.
