Sacked OAU Lecturer - Two weeks after Obafemi Awolowo University sacked Professor Richard Akindele for demanding sex from Monica Osagie, a post-graduate student, the lecturer has finally explained what happened between him and the student. On Wednesday, June 20, 2018, the Vice-Chancellor of the university announced the sacking of Prof Akindele after the lecturer was found guilty of sexual harassment of the postgraduate student.
