I'm sure that if the lady had told the guy to quit whatever his job was at that time cos she didn't like it, he would have done exactly what she did; walk away. I don't see any reason why the lady should drop acting which she wanted to do cos someone did not like it, especially for someone who wasn't even ready to marry her.
Just like telling a female medical doctor to quit her job cos she sees the **** of a lot of males.
Everyone should be free to do whatever he or she wants to do so far it's what they have passion for. While at it, they will still meet someone who loves them for who they are. Let's stop being judgemental.
