i can see you are a novist in the field because all the eqipments are not available in the open market except you go thru a vendor who will give you a better solution based on the loaction , site, population and capacity of subscribers you are lookin at.
all the equipment are all supplied with license and sealed so ,

This guy doesnt know the first thing about CDMA! My guy, you are going to need expert consults. Business like this isnt what u discuss the way u do. You dont go to Ogbete and ask to purchase Fibre Optic Cables . Doublecheck wit d guy who asked you to do this, he may be thinking of a different meaning of CDMA!
