Apple just rolled out the latest version of their operating system for iPhone users, the iOS 12 public beta, the main version of the iOS will launch alongside their latest phones in September. If you cannot wait till September, take my advice and download the Public Beta Version because it comes loaded with a lot of thrilling features so if you are an iPhone or iPad user and you have not up upgraded your OS, I don’t know what you are waiting for. Before you download, Apple says you should BACKUP all your data and it is compatible with iPhone 5S, iPad Air and new gadgets. This latest iOS version is full of a lot of exciting features such as playing group games, Do Not Disturb, Memoji and much more. In this post I will be showing you how to create your own memoji with the Memoji feature that comes with the update. Memoji is a more personalized Animoji that you can create to look like you with your devices front-facing 3D camera. If you’ve been dying to turn yourself into an animated cartoon, now is the time.

FIND MEMOJI IN THE iMESSAGE APP DRAWER AND DESIGN YOUR OWN MEMOJI




You can only access Memoji through iMessage. You’ll have to tap on the Animoji icon (the little monkey). From there, you’ll want to scroll all the way to the left and tap on “new Memoji.” This will launch the Memoji maker. The process is relatively self-explanatory. You’ll be able to choose your skin tone, whichever one you like, like blue and pink. You can adjust your hairstyle, eye color, head shape, nose, and lips. You can get more personal by picking freckles, facial hair, earrings, headwear, and glasses. If you’re Muslim, you can equally cover your head with a hijab, really cool.



Now that you have made your memoji, you can go crazy with it and start firing away to your friends. You can always layer more effects, like filters, text, and shapes. It will make you look like a freak but hey, this is 2018. Even freaks have their own rights ! You can even use it for video calls, make your face look like a cartoon while making video calls at the same time.
