Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented
individual with a passion for hospitality and
customer service who is able of attending to
the facilities of a four star hotel with integrity
and attention to detail.

A housekeeping attendant is highly responsible
for keeping rooms and other areas clean, neat
and organized in a hotel. This candidate will be
responsible for providing the very best
housekeeping service to the residence.

Job Responsibilities:

Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.

Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.

Cleans the bathroom.

Cleans the closet.

Vacuums and racks the carpet.

Checks and secures the rooms.

Replenish amenities according to the
operational standards
.
Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests
e.g. iron and ironing boards

Cleans guest bathroom/bedroom/floor
corridor.

Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly
and acknowledge all guests, however busy
and whatever time of day.

Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest
satisfaction.

Empty trash containers and ashtrays.
Remove soil, dirt, soap build-up and hair
from bathroom mirrors, vanity, sink, toilet,
shower walls, bathtub, shower curtain and
floor.

Replace facial, toilet tissue and bathroom
amenities in correct amount and location.

Inspect condition of bathrobes and replace
soiled/damaged ones.

Remove dirty bed linen and make up bed
with clean linen.

Replace laundry bags and slips.
Dust and polish all furniture.

Responsible for replenishment of guest
complimentary water.

Responsible for the cleanliness and
maintenance of his work area.

Update status of rooms cleaned on
assignment sheet.


Ideal Candidate Specifications

1–3years working as a House keeper .

Must be between the ages of 20-30 years.


Additional Requirement:

Previous hotel-related experience is
required.

Customer-oriented and friendly.

Prioritization and time management skills.
Ability to work independently.

Knowledge of English language.
