I start taking it 2years ago because of headache and since then i cant go a day without taking,am addicted to it,have tried to stop it a lot of time but all to no avail,if i dont take it,i cant sleep i swear with the name of God almighty am not exagerating,if there is any help or you know any medicine that i can use to stop it please help me out God bless you all

As long as u are not dead, den u are getting stronger

U need to go see a doctor who will refer u to the right person to manage you. you can overcome it. on your own u can start by reducing the dose gradually. don't, I repeat, don't stop taking it abruptly. you will feel worse. you must gradually reduce it. it has terrible withdrawal effects. God help u.
