The world is evolving beyond basing their economy on natural resources. The technology and innovative sectors are the new trends now and thank God for the VP Nigeria has woken up to this reality.
Also the country is so much blessed with enormous human resources and there is need to build on this to transform the country and ensure her development and this is what the VP and his team are aiming at.

even past govts did what he is doing. Nigeria didn't gain independence yday & osinbajo isn't d first govt functionary 2 talk about IT. Kenya is technology hub in Africa. Did u c their vice presidents going on tour? If u create d right environment 4 these things, people will find their bearing&u will naturally attract people with d right knowledge & skills. U don't need d vice president of a country 2go on tour first b4 d country begins to experience technological advancement. Why would he be appreciated because he went to America? We should stop deceiving ourselves in Nigeria for once! Anybody can go and do photo ops like he's doing over there the point is why do they seem to be proactive/reactive all of a sudden during the election period? They plunged Nigeria into its current mess and seem to be bereft of ideas on how to regain the lost margin and here they are doing some tour that will materialize years from now and expect some clapping from Nigerians.
