yes cctv can be installed in all polling booths in Nigeria if the Nigeria government are ready to do that. at least alot of kaduna state people can see alot of crime that was check out during local.government in kaduna state last 2 month. the kaduna state make used of electronic voting machine. infact rigging and changing figures were checked. it is only those that didn't use electronic voting machine that recorded series of changing figures, but the electorates stand by their votes. they resist any form of rigging.
