Job Title: Graduate Trainee- & Digital & Management Consulting

Our client is a new management and digital transformation consultancy that operates in three units: Consulting, Solutions and Ventures.
Consulting covers the advisory business; Solutions provides the tools for successful business growth and digital transformation,
Ventures drives the financing and development of start-ups. We Are Currently Seeking To Employ a Suitably Qualified Candidates
Who Will Be Groomed To Assist In driving the growth of our business.

Education And Experience
Candidate should have a Primary degree in a Business, IT or Digital discipline – 2.1 or higher
Digital skills in web/mobile, market/data analytics, financial modelling, graphics/design
Minimum of 1 year work experience with a personal interest in Digital Solutions, Social Media, Financial Advisory, Business Consulting.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, enjoys leading from the front and being part of a winning team.

Skills And Competencies
Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong, effective communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to build relationships with client staff
Good team-worker, enthusiastic and fun
Great interpersonal and problem solving skills
Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to change
Ambitious, with a drive to succeed within the digital/consulting sector
Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Strong analytical ability and good decision making skills
Strong awareness of the market and the opportunities/challenges for businesses and Government
