Our client a major player in the Manufacturing Industry requires professional Maintenance Engineer to fill an existing vacancy in their Operations Base.

To coordinate all Engineering and Maintenance activities relating to the conversion of raw materials to finish products in the Oral and Skin factories.

Job Responsibility:

Implementation of planned preventive maintenance for the factory
Monitors spare part consumption and requisition of spares and machine consumables
Track performance against KPI’s align plans/resources appropriately and drive the implementation of best practices (TPM; SHE; HACCP; GMP) and audit recommendations
Ensures that workers comply with safety, health and environment rules
Installation and maintenance of any new packaging equipment in the PPF factories
Ensure that the engineering skill profiles and practices are aligned with current and future needs of the business
Identify and specify equipment needs to meet the current and foreseeable demands of the business

Requirement:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 years Experience in FMCG Company
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Understanding of best practices: GMP, SHE, HACCP, TPM
