The youths in Niger-Delta, ex-generals and most especially those beneficiaries whose school fees and stipends are yet to to be paid and are currently in various universities, are speaking in one voice irrespective of ethnic nationalities. They are currently calling on Prof. Charlse Dokubo, the Special Adviser to the President/Coordinator of the Niger-Delta Presidential Amnesty Program, to pay their stipends and school fees or face the full wrath of the law.

"It takes only a foolish man to accept the remnant food from his enemy no matter how hungry, when Prof. Charlse Dokubo took over from Brigadier-General Paul Tarela Boroh, there were a lot of jubilation from the Niger-Deltans. But I was never happy because my instincts alerted me that if Brigadier-General Paul Tarela Boroh was the devil, then Prof. Charlse Dokubo must be the
Lucifer. After settling down in the office, Prof. Charlse Dokubo invited some ex-generals as was stated in some National dailies and made several promises that he never kept.
