If an election is conducted and massively rigged,can the national assembly cancel it,do they have the constitution right?
Or can they influence Inec to do the cancellation

No, the National Assembly has no right. The loser goes to court.

if you feel cheated after the announcement of election results, you go to court with your evidence(s) and the court can uphold, cancel the election, or declare you the winner
