Uche Secondus, National Chairman of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says President Muhammadu Buhari is committing ''mother of corruption'' with Abacha's loot by sharing the repatriated fund for people and his administration will refund every kobo if PDP wins in 2019. Secondus said this in Abeokuta, Ogun state capital while meeting with the state party executive on Friday ahead of meeting with former President Olusegeun Obasanjo.
