Post Title: Quality Control Analyst
Quality Control Officer for an FMCG. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with a beverages Production company.
Location – Mowe, Ogun State.
Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Food Science, Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry.

Carry out routine analysis in production process as well as in the incoming raw materials.

Liaises with production department to obtain work plan and to arrange and coordinates the shift coverage for the section
Scrutinize all forms of analysis results emanating from the section for the purpose of ensuring conformity with standard before passing the information to the Senior Quality Assurance Officer

Complies and submits daily analysis results to the Quality Assurance Manager who will then forward same to the respective Production Manager for their information and action.

Engages in developmental work for the purpose of appraising existing methods of analysis and developing new techniques.

Assists in ensuring that the quality of finished products meets local and International standard organizations requirements.

Maintains inventory of laboratory chemicals and apparatus and indenting for same depending on stock levels.

*Job Title: Syrub Mixer (Drinks)*
Location: Mowe, Ogun State.

Job Description:

To always ensure the proper measurement of the correct quantities of compound mixture of samples required.
To ensure that the correct PPEs are worn at all times.
To ensure that LOTO is done during any maintenance work carried out in the Blending room.
To ensure that daily production target are met via hourly monitoring of production.
To ensure that the right quality of final products is maintained at all times.
To make sure that CIP is done in accordance with the operating standard for the needed equipment,
To ensure 5S is maintained at all times within the Process Area and surroundings.
To make sure that proper filtration is done before sending the product to the line.
To ensure that the operating conditions and parameters are maintained
To always ensure that CIP is carried out before commencing production.
Requirements
B. Sc Food Tech/related area of study or an equivalent number of years of experience.
Experience in blending at 2 years
