The Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN), Nigeria Communication Satellite (NIGCOMSAT) Ltd. and Sawtel Technological Ltd. has signed a tripartite agreement for the implementation of e-learning management system for both civil and public servants in Nigeria.
