Anambra government has embarked on massive removal of mentally challenged people from the streets across the state for onward transfer to rehabilitation centers across the state.

The relocation team, which was led by Mr Onyebuchi Aniedozie, succeeded in rounding up a number of the mentally challenged people from some major streets in Awka Capital Territory earlier today.

The few mentally challenged people that were professionally picked up, were carefully relocated to Rehabilitation home at Nteje, for treatment and will be be handed over to their family members once they are medically certified okay.

lol. Exactly. Calabar is where they are manufactured and then distributed. Our former governor (Abia) once warned Calabar governor for that.
That is what these calabar govt are known for!! They will never distribute their Oil to you. All they know how to distribute evenly are mad people. Fed Govt should look in to the case of Cross River and Akwa-ibom the rate in which they produce mad people is something else!! They are the highest generator of mad people, come to Port-Harcout and see how mad people from cross River and Akwa-Ibom have flooded everywhere!! Wike please send them back to where they came from.

That's a very nice idea, I've been waiting for a Nigerian governor to start this.

Not a certain former lawyer governor who was only interested in deporting Mad people grin

Could remember one Incident dat happened in onitsha years back a mentally deranged man happened 2 run in2 street mrkt it happened that their was a particular woman selling fresh fish and the woman cutlass was sharp d mental man picked dis woman cutlass the woman seeing what the man was already arm with decided to make way but couldn't run as she stumbled and fall dis man descended on this woman with alot of cut was hitting her any where he deem fit, in d End d man was over power by ppl and was burnt 2 ashes but it wasn't easy cause the man has this possessed spirit that really gave ppl hard time trying 2 over power him. The woman did survived the incident but was a horrific experience one of her badly damaged.

Honestly our government sud know what to concerning how mental ppl are moving around cause this ppl can do and undo.
