GSM RF Optimization - 3 roles
1. Have a deep knowledge of GSM basic theory；
2. Having good experience of RF Optimization and planning skills;
3. Familiar with client's problem analysis tools, such as Omstar/FMA/CME/Unet ect.;
4. Familiar with wireless parameters setting and the daily KPI optimization for GSM network;
5. Have major events and holiday assurance experience and traffic evaluation;
6. Good interpersonal, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills;

LTE RF Optimization - 3 roles
1. Have a deep knowledge of LTE basic theory；
2. Having good experience of RF Optimization and planning skills;
3. Familiar with problem analysis tools, such as Omstar/FMA/CME/Unet ect.;

4. Familiar with wireless parameters setting and the daily KPI optimization for ZTE LTE network;
5. Have major events and holiday assurance experience and traffic evaluation;
