Your age? Sex? Any history of birth injury or complication? Or brain injury: accident, or severe infection?

It is one thing to give sound medical advice and it is another to accept.

Treatment for muscular dystonia is diffucult to find.
We can provide you with hyperbaric oxygen therapy (hbot) here in Nigeria.

HBOT can heal from the root cause by saturating the brain and body with oxygen. The neurologist's treatment may reduce the spasms and contractions you are having so start from there. When neuro drugs stop, dystonia returns unfortunately but hbot can solve the problem by growing new blood supply to the damaged focus or areas in the brain, then healing can become more permanent.
Please read my other posts on muscle dystonia or brain damage.
