The German Govt Collaborates With Bayelsa On Vocational Training....signs MOU by BayelsaLegacy: 12:48pm On Jul 19, 2018
The German government through the African Tide Union & its partners are to engage 415 young Bayelsans in a fifteen (15) months vocational training in Bayelsa State. The program which is said to kick start on the 1st of September 2018 focuses on two significant areas which are to run simultaneously.

Firstly, 215 Bayelsans are to be trained on Self Sufficient Smart Houses alias SMART Houses A-Z in specific areas like Brick works,Roofing, Joinery, Electricity and Painting. The training is partly funded by The Bayelsa State government at 32% while the African Tide Union is expected to provide 68% of funding to the tune of ONE MILLION ,NINE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED & EIGHTY THREE EUROS, THIRTY TWO CENTS (€1,009,783.32).

Secondly, 200 Bayelsans will be trained on Solar Energy. This program is fully funded by The African Tide Union and The federal ministry of education and research; Bonn, Germany. It values at
One million Euros (€1,000,000,00).

Successful candidates will be issued an international ISO certificate which offers them licence to operate anywhere in the world. Also the patent right to all products created during the training is reserved to The African Tide Union and The Bayelsa State government tagged "MADE IN BAYELSA".

This training is Powered by The Bayelsa State Ministry of Labour, Employment and Productivity.
